If you are in the EEA/UK, our processing may rely on legal bases such as contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

• With other users: contact/profile details visible in listings or messages.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, communications, security, support, ID verification.
• At your direction: when integrating or requesting a third-party service.
• For legal reasons: comply with law, protect rights, property, and safety.

• Aggregated/de-identified data sharing.

We do not sell personal information. If we ever “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out rights.

• Access/Update: review/update account info in profile settings.
• Delete: request deletion of account or data (subject to legal needs).
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe via email footer, reply STOP to texts, or email contact@prop-x.com.

7) Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Depending on where you live (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing like targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise rights, email contact@prop-x.com with: (1) your request; (2) the email tied to your account; and (3) proof of identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

California Notice (CPRA)

• Categories collected: identifiers, commercial info, internet activity, geolocation (approximate), professional info, user content, and inferences.
• Sources: you, your devices, other users, service providers, and public sources.
• Business purposes: see Sections 3–4.
• Retention: see Section 9.
• “Sale/Share”: We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will offer a Do Not Sell/Share mechanism.

You may designate an authorized agent with proof of authorization. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

8) Children’s Privacy

Prop-X is intended for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will act accordingly.

9) Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes in this Policy, including legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Listings and messages may persist after account closure, and backups may retain data for limited intervals.

10) Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no method is 100% secure. If a security incident occurs affecting your information, we will notify you and/or regulators as required by law.

11) International Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the server’s country, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use safeguards for such transfers.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
